Our Story

After obtaining a Construction Engineering Management degree from OSU, Eric went to work for a heavy civil contractor in Washington.  He quickly advanced in the company and spent the next 14 years managing heavy civil projects throughout the Pacific Northwest.  In 2006, he started his own business, Northwest Community Builders, LLC, providing construction management services to public agencies and private developers.  Construction was booming at the time, and business was great.  We eventually moved our family and business to Oregon…and then the economy turned.  After a brief hiatus working for a heavy civil contractor in Oregon, Eric re-established Northwest Community Builders, LLC in 2019 as a general contractor.  We are pleased to provide exceptional commercial and residential site work construction services to public and private clients throughout western Oregon.
